Refund policy

We value you our customer and want you to be happy with the product that you receive from us.

We guarantee that your tubers will arrive to you with at least one viable eye. Upon receipt of your order please inspect your tubers immediately and contact us via email at: sales@floralandstem.com.au within 7 days if you have any concerns.

Please do not contact us via social media on Instagram or Facebook. Also please understand that we can NOT be held responsible for improper storage once you receive your tubers, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance or negligence. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after the 7 days.
