IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Our tuber sale is ONLINE ONLY. 

  • Dahlia tubers will begin shipping once eyes are visible. This is usually late September/October.

  • So we will store all tubers for the winter and you will receive your orders in time for planting.

  • Once an order is placed, If you wish to make any changes you will need to contact us via email within 24hrs of placing order.

  • We are unable to ship to WA, NT ,TAS or internationally at this time.

COMBINING ORDERS:

This year I have added the option of "Combine Shipping" at the check out, please select this option for subsequent orders.

Please make sure that the same name and address is used for each order to qualify for combined shipping or unfortunately I will have to send an invoice for shipping to be paid. 

Combined shipping is now closed for our pre-sale orders.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

We value you our customer and want you to be happy with the product that you receive from us.

We guarantee that your tubers will arrive to you with at least one viable eye.

Upon receipt of your order please inspect your tubers immediately and contact us via email at: sales@floralandstem.com.au within 7 days if you have any concerns.

Please do not contact us via social media on Instagram or Facebook.

Also please understand that we can NOT be held responsible for improper storage once you receive your tubers, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance or negligence.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after the 7 days.

In the event of a mislabel being supplied, this is exempt from the 7 day notification period and we will either issue a full refund or offer a replacement, whichever the customer should prefer.

We will be shipping all orders via Australia Post
